The older vintage 96 & 99 Syrahs, 99 & 2000 Cabernet Sauvignons and the 98 Sangiovese are the REAL STEALS from oour winery. Compare our price to others in this vintage and you will be shocked what a deal we are offering. Each of these has great bottle age and is ready to drink today. The Syrah ( Alex's Favorite) has a beautiful fruit forward taste with a clean finish. The Cabs each have a nice full body with delicate well aged tannins for a good backbone with red meats. The Sangiovese is Charlie's favorite. It is made with 100% sangiovese which is the grape used to make Chiantis in Italy. A medium body with a complex flavor of berries and currants make this the perfect easy drinking red. Always be sure to chill reds down to 64-68 degrees about 20 minutes in the refrigerator for best flavor that is cellar temperature

Try one of the unusual whites that we make. Semillon is a light medium sweet wine perfect with light fare like salads or appetizers. Pinot Grigio is an Italian grape that is similar in flavor to Chardonnay but is done
without any of the oak or wood taste to the wine. Full body which will stand up to sauces yet light enough not to overwhelm them. Symphony is a special grape from UC Davis grown in California that is fruiter than a Chardonnay. Viognier is a delicate light wine made famous in France. Charlie loves this one. Muscat Canelli is a wine that Rapazzini sold a ton of in the past. So many people have asked for it we found a new source of great grapes to make this everyday drinking wine available again for you.
The surprise hit has been Alex's Almond Champagne. Its nice hint of almons with the sprakling bubbles is perfect around the Christmas tree And for the New Year toast. Many have found that the nuttiness goes
great with all desserts especially anything with marzipan or chocolate.
