LESLIE MANSFIELD
is an accomplished chef and graduate of the acclaimed Ecole de
Gastronomie Francaise Ritz - Escoffier in Paris, graduating with
honors in Cuisine and Patisserie. In addition to the /Vineyards
of Northern California/ series, she is author of /The Mauna Loa
Macadamia Cooking Treasury/ and five other cookbooks. Ms. Mansfield
lived in France for two years and Asia for five years, and has
travelled extensively throughout Europe. Africa, and Asia, studying
a variety of cuisines and collecting recipes. Leslie and her
winemaker husband, Richard, are currently living in St. Helena
in the beautiful and bountiful Napa Valley.
